4. How to Request a Return

Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
If the order was paid using store credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
